Worth seeing

“Lake Liwia Łuża” nature reserve

It is a natural reservoir, unpolluted by human activity, which is home to numerous species of birds. The lake is located between Niechorze and Pogorzelica. From Rewal or Trzęsacz you can get there by the Nadmorska Narrow Gauge Railway. The place is often visited by walking and cycling tourists.

In 1959, the lake and the areas around it were placed under strict protection by creating an ornithological reserve. There is a picturesque 9 km long Liwia Łuża Trail around the lake, which leads, among others, to: through Niechorze and Pogorzelica.
